What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound support calls, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting assistance
- Guide customers through remote session initiation and technical troubleshooting in simple, step-by-step language
- Collaborate with an assisting technician during remote repair sessions and ensure effective communication
- Maintain call control and customer engagement throughout each interaction, preventing escalations
- Document repair results clearly and concisely while handling billing and upselling support plans as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong phone presence with clear communication skills
- Experience in call centers, IT helpdesk, or supporting home users
- Proficient knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS, including troubleshooting common issues
- Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds for both primary and backup connections
- Professional discipline in punctuality, full-shift adherence, and clean documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Calm and patient teaching style, especially for beginners and seniors
- Strong understanding of home networking basics (routers, DNS, proxies, Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with BIOS and recovery environments for Windows and macOS
