What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries effectively
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
- Personalize customer experiences by assisting with questions and concerns
- Process refunds, payments, and orders while analyzing account data
- Collaborate with an assigned Customer Service Supervisor for support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues with minimal assistance
