      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries effectively
      - Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
      - Experience troubleshooting technical issues with minimal assistance
