What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve routine customer requests through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Research complex issues using multiple databases to provide accurate information
- Administer support for medical record management and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Educate customers on products and services as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently with strong computer competency
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Experience in a contact center or call center
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
