      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to support requests within one business day and document support activities
      - Support user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing user support for the Transportation Management Platform
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system design and performance
      - Maintain system configurations and assist in developing training materials and documentation
      - Identify process improvement opportunities and support proposal development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) concepts
      - Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
      - Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet
      - Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Experience writing business process specifications, test plans, and documentation
      - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
      - Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
      - Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
