What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and professional communication
- Drive business growth by managing projects, ensuring compliance, and negotiating deadlines with financial institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement features, and deliver solutions
- Advocate for partners by gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are represented internally
- Streamline workflows and improve processes while maintaining compliance and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consulting, financial services, or operations role, preferably in fintech
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams
- Client-focused mindset with experience in customer support or account management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to turn insights into actionable results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of lending compliance
- Experience interacting with C-level executives
- Prior experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and/or G Suite
- Familiarity with Looker or a similar BI tool
