What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations
- Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Plan and execute user training sessions, equipping clients with best practices for platform adoption
- Proactively monitor customer sentiment, identifying early warning signs of risk, and strategically de-escalate critical situations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions across different phases of the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience working in or with Life Sciences, particularly in Medical Affairs or Clinical roles
- Proven experience in project management of high-priority and complex accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage strategic projects while maintaining attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with global client engagement and relationship management
- Familiarity with data analytics and performance tracking in a SaaS environment
- Background in healthcare technology or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
