      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the adoption and value of products within a portfolio of small to medium customers
      - Achieve quarterly goals and metrics set by customer success management
      - Partner with the Account Manager to support retention and expansion of the customer base
      - Engage with customer executives, champions, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption
      - Maintain detailed record-keeping and portfolio management using systems such as Salesforce and QuickSight

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience as a customer success manager, account manager, project manager, consultant, or in similar roles
      - Experience working for a B2B/B2G SaaS company
      - Strong digital skills with the ability to communicate complex technical products effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a client-focused environment
      - BA/BSc degree is mandatory

      - Government background or expertise is advantageous
      - Ability to establish connections with both senior officials and entry-level personnel
