      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advance relationships with Direct Strategic/Enterprise and Commercial customers
      - Establish and maintain partnership operating frameworks to drive effective adoption and renewal
      - Function as a trusted advisor for client executive, program, and technical teams
      - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing critical feedback for product quality and market growth
      - Manage critical adoption programs for key accounts, ensuring rapid and successful solution adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 - 7+ years of Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or relevant industry experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences
      - Basic understanding of project management and ability to coordinate activities in a matrix environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Domain experience with CAD, PLM, or ALM software
      - Experience working with clients in the Federal Aerospace and Defense vertical
      - Broad understanding of business functions and priorities with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms
      - Proven ability to maintain composure in ambiguous environments and under pressure
