What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert on product offerings to assist lawyers with product and research inquiries
- Proactively reach out to customers to facilitate product adoption and serve as the main contact for client training and onboarding
- Regularly assess customer activity and account usage to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the attorney success team to strategize on enhancing user adoption
- Create engaging content to effectively communicate product features and assist customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the legal industry or legal tech, including roles such as paralegal or legal assistant
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with lawyers and law firms
- Ability to learn and become proficient in new technology and product offerings
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background as a recovering lawyer, JD, or legal support professional
- Prior experience in Customer Success, especially within a SaaS or legal tech environment
- Experience creating training materials or tutorials for legal professionals
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement
