      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while managing the customer reference program
      - Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and concerns
      - Conduct strategic account management and planning activities
      - Identify and qualify new service and product opportunities within the existing customer base
      - Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach to expand customer engagement and revenue

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ERP space, preferably with NetSuite
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Strong experience managing NetSuite ERP projects and implementations
      - General knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

      - Extensive experience with NetSuite and ERP systems
      - Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
      - Strong documentation skills to clearly explain work performed and solutions implemented
