What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, managing user permissions, data governance, and integrations
- Architect Smartsheet solutions for scalable project and portfolio management
- Produce detailed executive-ready client reports, synthesizing qualitative insights into actionable narratives
- Define operating standards for data quality and compliance, running training and enablement sessions for CSMs
- Manage the intake and prioritization of enhancements, maintaining a transparent roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Gainsight administration and Smartsheet solution design
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative client insights into executive-level reports
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success operations or insights roles
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for executive audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data integration and management across CRM and reporting systems
- Familiarity with client success metrics and frameworks
- Prior experience in a leadership role within customer success or operations
- Ability to train and mentor team members in best practices for data governance
- Knowledge of industry trends in customer success and operations
