What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support pre-sales and sales cycles with insights on scalability strategies and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during the sales cycle to ensure alignment
- Develop program plans that highlight global onboarding strategies and workstreams
- Execute strategic business reviews with senior leadership to share progress and recommendations
- Create playbooks and processes to enhance support for complex customer accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in account management and global services delivery in a consulting or systems integration firm
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes with large, complex clients
- Experience managing multiple large technical projects or enterprise-level programs
- Strong ability to foster collaboration across various departments
- Demonstrated history of leading business transformation programs involving C-Suite engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with digital shelf programs and strategies for e-commerce success
- Ability to navigate complex data and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strong track record of influencing and holding partners accountable to commitments
