      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email
      - Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities within time constraints
      - Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure an A+ customer experience
      - Provide basic training to customers on installed products
      - Participate in after-hours support on call program as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of exceeding established goals and objectives
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com
      - Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention to detail skills
      - Enthusiastic personality with a customer-focused attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of POS applications such as Micros/GEMpos
      - Background in Microsoft Windows operating systems
      - BS/BA in a related field, business, or technical discipline
      - Microsoft SQL knowledge
      - Experience in the food service or nutrition field
