What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional support to customers and internal agents by resolving escalated issues with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot complex customer concerns and determine effective solutions
- Manage escalated inquiries while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Coach customer advocates during live inquiries to enhance their skills
- Collaborate effectively with other Customer Support team members and cross-functional departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer support or escalation-resolution role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in written documentation
- Customer-centric mindset committed to delivering a world-class experience
