What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional service to all customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media
- Provide critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the employer's full range of products and services
- Capture clear and accurate customer data and insights for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact centers or luxury retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations empathetically
- Proficiency in basic math for processing refunds and applying discounts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications
- Familiarity with high-volume customer service environments
- Comfortable working with computers and smartphones, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
