What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the QAQC and commissioning scopes of work for electrical and specialty systems
- Develop QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring accuracy with the Estimating Department
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on startup and commissioning activities, leading various meetings
- Maintain and manage QAQC/Cx issues logs, collaborating with responsible parties to resolve issues
- Oversee the development of safety plans in collaboration with internal safety departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience
- At least 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects exceeding $25MM in contract value
- Proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google G-Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Mission Critical, Industrial, or Commercial industries
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in coaching and developing managerial talent
- Familiarity with advanced technologies such as robotic total stations, 3D scanning, and virtual/augmented reality
