What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer the enterprise phishing simulation program, including planning, user segmentation, and reporting
- Design and deliver targeted security awareness training materials based on simulation results
- Analyze phishing simulation metrics and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership and other departments to align initiatives with policy requirements
- Monitor email security posture and coordinate with Incident Response teams on confirmed incidents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security awareness, or phishing defense
- Practical experience with phishing simulation and email security platforms
- Strong understanding of phishing techniques and their impact on organizational security
- Working knowledge of email security fundamentals to support investigations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with technical teams and end users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with platforms such as KnowBe4, Abnormal, and/or Proofpoint
- Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and translate technical data into clear messaging
- Familiarity with documentation and metrics to support program maturity
