What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure continuous infrastructure reliability for multiple revenue-generating services
- Support security operations incident management processes to protect and restore service operations
- Conduct investigations using SIEM tools, correlating various event aspects
- Provide a service-oriented approach to resolving customer escalations and incident handling
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage security incidents effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in 24x7 enterprise operations, preferably in security operations
- Minimum 1+ years of experience with SIEM, including running investigations
- Strong understanding of Information Security, including malware, emerging threats, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts, as well as network design principles
- Superior written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT-related degree or certification
- Experience analyzing data and pulling service logs to investigate trends and identify errors
- Relevant Network, Security, or Platform certifications (S+, N+, MCSP, CNA) are a plus
- Strong experience with SIEM tools and security event processes
