      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and optimize endpoint protection using CrowdStrike Falcon across enterprise workstations and servers
      - Build and manage the Endpoint Protection Program, including policies, governance, enforcement, and reporting
      - Lead the development and maintenance of secure system and server baselines aligned with NIST standards
      - Collaborate with the SOC to ensure efficient incident response workflows related to endpoint alerts
      - Maintain documentation for configurations, baselines, and endpoint protection policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 3–5 years of experience in a cybersecurity, endpoint, or systems security engineering role
      - Direct experience administering and managing CrowdStrike Falcon in an enterprise environment
      - Strong background in implementing system and server hardening based on NIST and CIS standards
      - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, HIPAA, or PCI DSS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preferred certifications: CrowdStrike CCFA/CCSA, Microsoft SC-200, Security+, GSEC, or CISSP
      - Experience supporting healthcare, emergency services, or other regulated environments
