What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead threat intelligence collection and analysis to strengthen defensive posture
- Execute proactive threat hunting and behavioral detection initiatives aligned with MITRE ATT&CK
- Drive improvements in detection engineering by tuning rules and increasing alert fidelity
- Formalize threat modeling and secure design support during system design phases
- Develop and publish threat intelligence and threat-hunting maturation plans aligned with business priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, threat hunting, or detection engineering
- Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and modern attacker tactics
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, cloud, and identity telemetry
- Ability to conduct hypothesis-driven threat hunts and translate findings into actionable improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, GCTI, CTIA, or CEH
