      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems to support business decision-making and process optimization
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights
      - Develop a deep understanding of business domains and system functionalities to facilitate data-driven decisions
      - Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and process gaps using data analysis, proposing solutions to optimize system performance
      - Participate in Agile ceremonies, tracking progress of data-related deliverables to ensure quality standards are maintained

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst role
      - At least 1 year of experience working on Agile projects or within Agile teams
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and business teams
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and Azure DevOps
      - Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality data outcomes
      - Analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach
