      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide data and analytical technical expertise to support Resource Management Plan submission and monitoring
      - Develop and maintain technical knowledge of federal financial and personnel data systems
      - Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure projects meet agency leadership expectations
      - Collect, review, and validate budgetary, resource, and personnel data from program offices
      - Communicate and document data needs, submission statuses, and outstanding actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in data, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, operations support, or data coordination
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in federal government or federal contracting environments
      - Experience with data platforms, data entry systems, or analytics tools
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, resource, and personnel data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic familiarity with programming concepts (Python, SQL, or similar)
      - Exposure to Palantir/Foundry, FBIS, UFMS, EHCM is a plus
      - Excellent communication and client-facing skills, able to explain technical processes to non-technical users
