What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the evolution of customer service metrics, identifying key performance indicators and strategies for improvement
- Utilize critical thinking to address business challenges and implement appropriate measurement techniques
- Collaborate with executives, product managers, and data engineers to foster a data-driven decision-making culture
- Identify areas for experimentation and research to enhance customer service performance
- Expand the application of customer service metrics across the organization to provide insights for various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience in developing business-centric metrics frameworks
- Proficient in SQL and programming experience, preferably in Python
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Experience with various measurement and prediction techniques, including correlation analysis and forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service is not required, but a strong desire to learn and become an expert is essential
