      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
      - Strong statistical knowledge and experience in developing business-centric metrics frameworks
      - Proficient in SQL and programming experience, preferably in Python
      - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences
      - Experience with various measurement and prediction techniques, including correlation analysis and forecasting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in customer service is not required, but a strong desire to learn and become an expert is essential
