  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the implementation of cost-saving projects that directly impact customer profitability
  - Enhance alignment and efficiency of business processes through the application of continuous improvement methodologies
  - Analyze customer data to confirm volumes and validate project implementation results
  - Identify and address gaps in project deliverables to ensure timely results and customer satisfaction
  - Mentor team members while ensuring high-quality completion of assigned projects
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, including a Lab Operations leadership role or a proven track record in achieving customer sign-off on cost savings
  - Proven ability to manage and strategize cost savings projects for large, complex customers
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business metrics from a general manager’s perspective
  - Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  - Willingness to travel 75% of the time, primarily overnight domestically
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in Clinical Lab Operations leadership within a large healthcare system
  - Background in Commercial Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
