What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit General Dentists and Specialists to meet network objectives
- Analyze existing network to determine recruitment needs
- Negotiate contract terms with providers and manage relationships
- Educate and train providers on policies and procedures
- Ensure network compliance with annual requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of network management experience in Dental PPO or DHMO environment
- Minimum 2-year Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales and customer service experience in a healthcare-related service
