What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze consumer complaints and assess compliance with insurance statutes and policies
- Communicate effectively with consumers, licensees, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Participate in webinars and employee development training to enhance professional skills
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and improve service delivery
- Prepare clear and concise written communications for various audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- For Departmental Analyst 10, one year of professional experience is required
- For Departmental Analyst P11, two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate (10) level in state service
- Ability to analyze complex statutes and policy forms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
