      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze consumer complaints and assess compliance with insurance statutes and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - For Departmental Analyst 10, one year of professional experience is required
      - For Departmental Analyst P11, two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate (10) level in state service
      - Ability to analyze complex statutes and policy forms
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
