What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of employer reporting systems
- Define and test business requirements for necessary system changes
- Assist with wage and contribution reporting initiatives and member account maintenance
- Act as the primary trainer for internal technical staff and external customers
- Drive continuous improvement in the Employer Reporting process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- One year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 or two years for Departmental Analyst P11
- Experience in a relevant technical or analytical role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the retirement industry
- Experience in creating project plans and leading projects
- Knowledge of process improvements and implementation
- Familiarity with interpreting complex laws or policies
