      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist international nurses upon their arrival to the United States, ensuring a supportive transition
      - Coordinate housing arrangements and confirm move-in procedures with landlords
      - Organize facility tours and "meet and greet" sessions for nurses and client healthcare facilities
      - Provide transportation orientation and assist with initial shopping trips for essential household items
      - Maintain and document deployment activities and communications using the company's CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum age requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older
      - Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Midwest and East Coast regions
      - Valid and active U.S. driver's license required
      - Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience driving a 12-15 passenger van
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms
      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field
      - Ability to work independently in both remote and in-office settings
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
