      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and lead energy projects, project teams, and junior staff
      - Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for projects
      - Oversee energy facility siting/routing, permitting, and environmental surveys
      - Conduct environmental documentation and impact analyses for energy projects
      - Engage with regulatory agencies and coordinate environmental compliance efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
      - 8–10+ years of directly relevant environmental and permitting experience
      - Strong technical understanding of siting, permitting, and environmental impact evaluation for energy projects
      - Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions
