What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance project collaboration
- Own and manage systems and service monitoring, as well as software deployments
- Organize and execute deployments while effectively utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- Research and create proof-of-concepts for new technologies and processes
- Document new and existing processes, technologies, and tools for future supportability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of IT engineering experience in an enterprise setting
- Proven experience in CI/CD, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles
- Strong experience with Git or equivalent version control systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Linux server administration, and Windows server administration
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Development experience within a team environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and tools like Octopus, Jenkins, and TeamCity
- Automation and orchestration experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Node.js
