What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cloud resources and services on AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application code deployment
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for infrastructure management
- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for system performance
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Client Success teams to support their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or SRE role
- Proven design experience with Amazon Cloud (AWS)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL, with a preference for Oracle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AWS Certification considered an asset
- Terraform Certification considered an asset
- Experience using AI tools to support innovation
- Familiarity with orchestration tools/IAC such as CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Strong security experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems
