      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver a secure, scalable, cloud-native self-service platform for deploying containerized applications and enterprise APIs
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and enforce DevSecOps and Kubernetes standards
      - Establish and advocate for engineering best practices across the program
      - Automate CI/CD pipelines and enhance monitoring and business intelligence for platform-related issues
      - Continuously refine the platform to deliver innovative and reliable solutions while ensuring compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud and/or DevOps at scale
      - Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
      - Experience leading engineering teams and setting program-level standards
      - US Citizenship required due to clearance requirement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8+ years in software or platform engineering, including technical leadership or architect role
      - Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
      - Proven success implementing automated DevSecOps pipelines and containerization tools
      - Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA)
      - Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related disciplines
