What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create engaging social media content and write marketing copy for various channels
- Develop short-form video content and curate Spotify playlists featuring artists
- Assist in developing creative content strategies and advocate for the arts at DPAC
- Submit event listings to various platforms and design templates for marketing assets
- Support marketing goals and initiatives set by the Digital Marketing Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current undergraduate student at the employer
- Experience creating engaging social media content
- Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Must be located in the United States during the summer employment period and available to work approximately 20 hours per week during the summer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of design fundamentals (branding, layout, typography, and concept design)
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Express, Canva, or Adobe Rush
- Photography and/or video editing skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics
- Experience using social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
