What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and conversions
- Lead SEO initiatives and manage multi-platform paid media campaigns, optimizing for ROI and performance
- Analyze data using SEMrush, Matomo, and other analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- Deliver executive-ready reports and insights, translating results into actionable plans
- Foster best practices and cross-functional collaboration while staying updated on industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and paid search
- Advanced PPC skills across multiple digital advertising platforms and experience with budget management
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as SEMrush, Matomo, and Google Analytics
- Experience in lifecycle and content marketing, including email automation and content strategy development
- Familiarity with AI/ML marketing tools and understanding of GDPR/CCPA standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMS workflows, particularly Neos
- Proven track record in organic and paid social growth
- Knowledge of UX/CRO principles to enhance customer journeys and conversions
