What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Motivate and measure performance of sales employees, ensuring they have necessary tools for success
- Provide training and expertise to develop the sales pipeline and close new business
- Build and lead a high-performing team through effective performance management and development opportunities
- Develop and maintain C-Level and Executive relationships with current and prospective clients
- Manage sales forecasts and ensure alignment with operating plans and annual budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Management position
- At least 10 years in the financial payments industry, specifically selling enterprise-level payment software solutions
- Proven track record of building long-standing client relationships
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong channel management experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience in client-facing roles, particularly with C-level individuals
