      Why should you join our team?

      World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Director of AI & Data Sales Specialty who will build and lead a team of sales specialists responsible for selling AI & Data solutions to new and existing clients. This is a management position that requires strong people leadership, communication, and strategic selling skills. A successful individual will collaborate with our generalist sales, specialty engineering, consulting, and executive organization to deliver world-class AI & Data solutions to our customers.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Build and lead a team of AI & Data sales specialists including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
      • Establish KPIs and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for AI & Data.
      • Develop relationships with C-level, VP, and Director decision markers at strategic global accounts and identify new sales
      • Build the AI & Data brand and align strongly with the territory VP of Sales.
      • Be a culture contributor and builder.
      • Build and maintain conversational domain expertise in AI Solutions, Data Strategy and architectures, and High-Performance Architectures including product and service capabilities and
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture and engineering, partners, services, marketing, business development, and generalist sales.
      • Analyze sales data and make strategy adjustments as needed to support revenue targets.
      • Forecast, report, and analyze pipeline and sales performance.
      • Ensure the team uses Salesforce to centralize data and maximize sales efficiency.
      • Collaborate with AI Solutions teams to identify and develop campaigns with marketing, designed to drive targeted profitable growth.
      • Align with OEM/ISV partners in the region to maximize selling impact.

      Qualifications:

      • At least 5+ years managing a specialty sales team with a track record of consistently meeting quotas and key objectives.
      • Successful track record selling complex solutions to large global accounts.
      • Strong understanding of AI & Data technologies, applications, and infrastructure platforms.
      • Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to recommend and position technical solutions to solve complex customer business challenges
      • Robust organization, presentation, solution selling, and negotiation skills.
      • Experience working with leading OEM/ISV/CSPs including Nvidia, Snowflake, RunAI, Dell, HPE, Cisco, GCP, AWS, & Azure, and awareness of innovative startups like RunAI.
      • Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performance sales teams.
      • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
      • Firm organizational, conflict resolution, time management, & negotiation skills.
      • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
      • Bachelor's degree

      Travel Requirements:

      • 25-50%
