      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the customer-facing support organization for existing and new customers utilizing the employer's platform
      - Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards across the team
      - Oversee a team of support personnel, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer complaints and technical issues
      - Monitor and analyze department performance data, reporting results to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 12 years of experience leading customer-facing support teams
      - At least 6 years in a leadership role managing high-performing managers
      - Proven experience in a support role within a growing SaaS-based company
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology
