What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a defined portfolio of corporate and corporate foundation partners with an annual fundraising goal of approximately $2.5 million to $4 million
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, concept papers, and reports for assigned partners
- Cultivate and steward strong relationships with corporate partners to deepen engagement with Points of Light’s mission
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgets, deliverables, and metrics that meet funder requirements
- Track and report on fundraising progress in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of proposals and awards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a national organization and demonstrated success in foundation and major gift fundraising
- Experience in leading collaborative fundraising projects, including programmatic initiatives
- Hands-on experience with donor databases/software, Salesforce preferred
- Ability to create a welcoming work environment for all
