      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and co-create technology solutions to enhance colleague and customer experience
      - Lead the CRM strategy and manage the execution of Salesforce projects
      - Design and implement future technology initiatives in partnership with various functional teams
      - Organize and manage engaging technology events such as workshops and training sessions for field teams
      - Analyze industry trends and apply insights to improve technology platforms and sales tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering)
      - 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in an agile environment
      - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably in Sales Cloud
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into actionable plans
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or other advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution
      - Experience in Sysco Field Sales
      - Proven track record of improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
      - Strong project management skills and creative resourcefulness
      - High emotional intelligence and ability to cultivate relationships quickly
