What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire and lead a team of enterprise Account Executives (AEs) through structured coaching and performance reviews
- Own weekly forecasting and pipeline management to ensure sales accuracy and identify risks early
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Build scalable systems for sales processes, from territory design to post-sale handoffs
- Guide sales representatives through complex, strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of recent direct sales management experience leading a team of 6-10 Enterprise AEs in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record as an Enterprise AE with consistent overperformance
- Experience in developing high-performing sales teams with references from coached or promoted representatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence executives and inspire teams
- History of success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of total B2B SaaS experience with a successful background as an Enterprise AE
- Consistent quota achievement (100%+) as both an individual contributor and manager
- Deep operational rigor in forecasting and performance management
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong communication skills
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
