  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead Middleware & Integration scope across Enterprise Services Applications ensuring alignment with S/4HANA program
  - Oversee SAP Basis, SAP Security, and landscape management, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems
  - Manage a team of over 70, overseeing operations, financials, and workforce strategies
  - Develop and champion Middleware and Integration strategy, roadmaps, and governance models
  - Serve as a senior point of escalation for critical integration and SAP platform issues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with a minimum of 14 years of related experience
  - Proven experience leading large Middleware/Integration teams and influencing integration strategy for complex organizations
  - Deep understanding of integration patterns, SAP BTP-IS, and SAP technical foundations including Basis and Security
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels
  - High familiarity with integration technologies including B2B-EDI, ETL, APIs, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with large-scale ERP transformations such as S/4HANA
  - Knowledge of EDI, API management, and multi-platform integration ecosystems
  - Strong expertise in IBM Sterling EDI Integrator or equivalent, and Apigee API Management or equivalent
  - Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) collaboration within supply chain and financial transaction sets
  - SAFe Agile trained or certified
