      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the General Manager of the Collections vertical, owning strategy, revenue, and go-to-market direction
      - Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales motions tailored to Collections workflows
      - Oversee account management functions to ensure strong customer retention and expansion
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery/Operations and Product, to ensure exceptional service execution
      - Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting standards for excellence and accountability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep experience in Collections, with a background in either selling to or working within Collections law firms or agencies
      - Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, account management, or vertical leadership, including at least 3 years selling into law firms
      - Proven track record in leading and coaching high-performing teams to drive new business and expand client accounts
      - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior legal and operational stakeholders
      - Willingness to travel 30%-40% to drive deals and meet with clients face-to-face

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in startup or scale-up environments
      - Background in building a vertical from early stages
      - Understanding of legal technology, service-of-process, or compliance-driven workflows
      - Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
