      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the expansion of Graza's Mass and Club business, managing strategic customer accounts
      - Oversee sales forecasting, promotions, and customer relationship management
      - Deliver channel revenue and distribution goals, while tracking annual and quarterly performance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated commercial plans
      - Manage trade spend effectively to ensure strong ROI aligned with brand objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, with a focus on large grocery customers (Walmart and/or Target required)
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving results in fast-growing environments
      - In-depth understanding of trade management and the grocery retail landscape
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and planning
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen & Retail Link
      - Ability to work in ambiguous situations and create structure in a fast-moving company
      - Passion for food and innovation, with a focus on building beloved consumer brands
