What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise retail pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Drive pharmacy profitability and growth through analysis and implementation of initiatives
- Manage the performance and development of Pharmacy Managers and staff
- Resolve escalated pharmacy communications and patient complaints
- Collaborate with District Manager and Regional Vice President to develop and execute improvement plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience
- Current pharmacist licensure in the assigned geography or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Willingness to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes

- Experience in coaching and developing pharmacy teams
- Knowledge of quality improvement plans and performance metrics in pharmacy settings
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the retail pharmacy sector

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
