What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the sales team in achieving activity metrics and revenue quotas as directed by the Zone Manager
- Coach, supervise, and provide ongoing training to sales representatives in various skill areas
- Manage corporate objectives for product lines within budgetary guidelines
- Recruit and direct sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals, monitoring performance against forecasts
- Cultivate a referral network within the accounting community through the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and corporate objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing referral networks within the accounting community
- Familiarity with HR and payroll services
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
