What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a complete Business Planning Document for assigned accounts
- Analyze market trends and sales forecasts to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Train distributor and rental company personnel on product offerings
- Build and maintain effective relationships with account principals to drive sales
- Document competitive activity and prepare reports for management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing
- Willingness to travel up to 60-70% of the time
- Ability to manage both office-based tasks and field activities
- Proven experience in building relationships and achieving sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the access equipment or construction industry
- Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
