What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the management assistant to the Assistant Director of Energy Development Services Division
- Coordinate and perform executive secretarial support services
- Provide administrative support to agency managers in support of their programs
- Attend pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings
- Work at the central workplace located at 550 Capitol St. NE in Salem, Oregon
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF software, and meeting platforms
- Experience providing excellent customer service in an office environment
- Ability to research information, create reports, and maintain project data
- Experience in preparing for and supporting large meetings, conferences, and events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in general office occupations
- Proficiency in entering and tracking data accurately into databases
- Experience with editing reports and inputting project data
- Ability to prepare for and support large meetings, conferences, and events
- Proficiency in MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and/or Skype
