What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own US new annual recurring revenue (ARR), expansion revenue, and forecast accuracy, with full accountability for regional performance against targets
- Lead and coach the US Account Executives to enhance team performance and growth
- Execute within a globally standardized go-to-market (GTM) and customer success framework, while localizing strategies for the US market
- Build foundational structures for scale, including territories, ideal customer profiles, and outbound playbooks
- Establish a predictable operating rhythm for forecasting, deal reviews, and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading B2B software sales teams, with a focus on management and hiring
- Demonstrated experience in scaling high-performing teams from product-market fit to predictable growth
- Proven ability to build an outbound-led sales culture that proactively sources and converts opportunities
- Strong coaching, hiring, and performance management skills
- Systematic, data-driven approach to sales processes, with strong CRM fluency, ideally in HubSpot
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations
- Familiarity with selling a challenger brand in the market
- Previous experience in leading small teams effectively
