      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, supervise, and facilitate arts day camp for up to 72 elementary-aged participants
      - Train, support, supervise, and evaluate camp staff
      - Fill in for Camp Counselors and Specialty Camp Counselors as needed
      - Ensure youth safety and assist with behavior management
      - Communicate with families and maintain camper records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have 1+ years of experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds in an education or day camp setting
      - Excellent organizational skills to manage program logistics
      - Proven dependability, teamwork, leadership skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm
      - Must be available for mandatory training and full-time work during camp
      - Interest in fine arts and ability to participate in all camp activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Previous experience supervising staff
      - American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification
      - Ability to speak Spanish or other languages aside from English
      - Lifeguard certification
