      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales and gross profit targets for the assigned territory
      - Present and promote products through extensive product knowledge and customer engagement
      - Conduct product demonstrations and effectively address customer objections
      - Develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with customers and key influencers
      - Utilize CRM tools for funnel management and provide feedback on sales tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in capital and consumable products
      - Proven track record of closing high-volume sales
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
      - Proficiency in technology including MS Office and Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
      - Industry certifications may enhance candidacy
      - Experience engaging with clinicians and their staff to drive product utilization
      - Strong understanding of industry practices and market trends
      - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
